• Clean the table around the food before shooting.
• Take photos from above for platters and spreads.
• Use a slight side angle for sandwiches, burgers, and layered food.
• Keep sauces and drinks visible when they add colour.

Keep It Real

Do not over-edit. A slightly brighter photo with accurate colour is usually more appealing than a heavily filtered image that no longer looks like the actual meal.
